Delightz Inn - Ooty

Great location overlooking the city and surrounded by lush greenery. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, willing to assist with even the most minor requests. The food was delicious and perfect for a city break, with a wide variety to choose from. One of the best things was the bonfire they arranged, which made our evenings delightful.

The approach road to the property was in poor condition, and it took a long time to get to the hotel. The parking space was limited, which made it difficult to find a spot for our car.

The breakfast was nice, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the view from our room was beautiful, with a great panoramic landscape at our doorstep. the location was good, allowing us to easily access the town where we enjoyed exploring local shops and restaurants.

The room was quite small, and the bathroom was cramped. the road leading to the hotel was rocky and bumpy, which made for a stressful drive.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, nestled on a hill away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The view from my room's balcony was breathtaking, especially with the little road that climbed up the mountain in front of the hotel. The staff were attentive and friendly, and they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The breakfast served was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any fault.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. the location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, situated on top of the Tiger hills, it offers breathtaking views of Ooty. The rooms are well-maintained and come with a balcony, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were extremely hospitable and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. The breakfast served was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was exceptional and I couldn't find any faults.

The staff were good, flexible and helpful. Excellent food and candlelight dinner arrangements. Great hospitality and five-star performance from the entire crew. Polite service staff and good lunch/dinner. Beautiful outdoor breakfast with scenic views. Helpful signboards for easy navigation. Mr Bala's personal care and the superb location and view from the resort. Complimentary breakfast in the lounge was good.

The spacious executive rooms with a common balcony offer a cozy and comfortable experience. The staff's hospitality, especially Mr. Andy and Mr. Bala, goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Special mention to the delicious breakfast and amazing dinner served here.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

This hotel is situated in a serene location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the rooms are spacious and equipped with amenities like WiFi and TV. the staff is helpful in arranging local tours. the food served here, especially the tandoor menu, is delicious. Rooms have some good advantages like a coffee maker, heaters, and balcony with views of the valley.

The approach road to the hotel is not in good condition and may cause damage to the vehicle.

Serene location away from city noise and hustle. Clean room with beautiful interiors and bathroom fittings. Fast and free WiFi. Respectful staff who located and couriered my lost watch.
